Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please indicate that when contacting us. We’ll ship the replacement item as soon as possible after receiving your return.
